§ 10-1. Drive-up facilities restricted.

Businesses are hereby prohibited from employing a "drive-up" service for vehicles where such service utilizes a public alley as a means of ingress or egress, except for those businesses whose ingress or egress unto or from an alley lies within one hundred (100) feet of an intersection of such public alley and a paved public road.
