§ 10-54. Display.

Each person required to obtain a license under this article, shall be required to post the license in a conspicuous place, in the place of business. It shall be the duty of the city tax collector to visit in person, or by deputies, the several places of business herein mentioned, and ascertain that the provisions of this section are strictly carried out.
