§ 10-160. Creation of occupation for neighborhood vendor's ice cream, snowballs, and popsicles.

(a)

There is created an occupation for rolling vendors of ice cream, snowballs, and popsicles.

(b)

The license fee shall be two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for one (1) calendar year.
