§ 10-229. Penalty for violation.

Any gold, silver or gemstone merchant or pawnbroker who shall violate any provision of this division shall be punished pursuant to section 1-13. If convicted two (2) or more times, the license shall be revoked and he shall thereafter not be licensed or otherwise permitted to engage in the business of gold, silver, gemstone merchant or pawnbroker in the city.
