§ 11-60. Statutory authorization.

In accordance with R.S. 46:2140 through 46:2142, the following article is established as the city's policy and procedure for handling of domestic violence incidents. Law enforcement officers shall abide by the following in investigating all complaints of domestic violence and domestic disturbances.
