§ 12-106. Peddler and vendor shouts and loudspeakers on trucks.

The use of mechanical loudspeakers or amplifiers on trucks or other moving or standing vehicles for advertising or other purposes and the shouting and crying of peddlers, hawkers and vendors is prohibited.
