§ 13-86. Issuance of permit.

Any group desiring to use the playgrounds or parks outside the normal course of usual daily activities must obtain a permit from the Bogalusa Police Department at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to such event. The permit application forms will be furnished by the Bogalusa Police Department to anyone desiring to be issued a permit. These provisions do not apply to Cassidy Park.
