§ 14-2. Occupant or owner to keep premises clear; receptacles.

All occupants of premises, either as owner or tenant, shall keep the premises clear of garbage, refuse, cans, bottles, rubbish, ashes, papers and leaves and shall provide a receptacle or container for placing of such garbage, trash, rubbish, cans, bottles, refuse and ashes.
