§ 16-4. Compliance generally.

Any owner of land within the limits of the subdivision jurisdiction of the city wishing to subdivide land shall submit a plat of the proposed subdivision, which shall conform to the minimum requirements set forth in article II of these regulations, to the planning and zoning commission for recommendation and report. Failure of the planning and zoning commission to report within sixty (60) days shall be deemed approval by the commission.
