§ 16-71. Submission.

Latest version.

The final plat shall be submitted to the planning and zoning commission in eight (8) copies, of which one (1) copy shall be the original drawing. If the final plat is not submitted within one (1) year of the planning commission's approval of the preliminary plat, such approval shall lapse.
