§ 16-75. Action by commission.

  • Failure of the planning and zoning commission to approve or disapprove the final plat within sixty (60) days after receipt of recommendation and report from the planning and zoning commission shall be deemed to be concurrence with the recommendation of the planning and zoning commission, be it for approval or disapproval of the plat. If the plat is disapproved, the grounds for disapproval shall be stated upon the records of the planning and zoning commission and a letter transmitted to the subdivider stating the reasons for such disapproval.
