§ 16-136. Surface requirements; bond.

As a means of insuring that all streets in future subdivisions of the city shall be expeditiously and properly hard surfaced or blacktopped and that proper drainage shall be provided without any cost thereof being borne by or accruing to the city and thereby placing an undue burden upon the city's financial resources, the requirements in this division are hereby adopted.
