§ 16-156. Requirements.

As a further means of insuring that all sewer systems and their related facilities in future subdivisions of the city are fully and completely furnished, constructed, laid out and installed, without any cost whatsoever accruing to the city, thereby relieving the city entirely of any undue burden upon the city's financial resources, the requirements in this division are hereby adopted.
