§ 17-51. Definitions.

The definitions contained in R.S. 47:1003 shall govern the use of the words therein defined whenever such words are used in this article unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, except that whenever the word "state" is used or defined, the same shall be taken to mean "The City of Bogalusa, Louisiana."
