§ 19-1. Permit required to make connection with city water mains or sewerage system.

(a)

All persons before making any connection, directly or indirectly, with the city water mains and/or sewerage system, will first obtain a permit from the city engineer's office to make the connection.

(b)

No person, other than regularly licensed master plumbers, shall be permitted to make connections with the sewer and water mains of the city.
