§ 19-25. Examination of surface wells.

It shall be the duty of the board of health to examine all surface wells, and when any well is found to be unhealthy or unsanitary, the water impure, to immediately condemn the well, and it shall be unlawful for anyone to use the well after it is condemned, and the owner shall forthwith fill up the well.
