§ 19-53. Exceeding time limit.

Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in section 19-114(b) or any extensions thereof duly authorized by the city engineer, or who shall violate section 19-114(c) or (d), shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined pursuant to section 1-13.
