§ 19-104. Discharge of storm water, surface water, roof runoff, etc., to sanitary sewer prohibited.

It is unlawful for any person to discharge or cause to be discharged any storm water, surface water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface water, cooling water or unpolluted industrial process water to any sanitary sewer.
