§ 20-1. Annual registration or license tax.

There is levied an annual registration or license tax of three dollars and twenty-five cents ($3.25) per operating passenger seat upon all buses or other passenger-carrying vehicles of every nature and kind whatsoever operated wholly within the corporate limits and within seven (7) miles of the corporate limits of the city under a franchise from the city.
