§ 21-198. Side, rear yards.

(a)

Unless there is a party wall, one-story buildings of accessory use in any residence district shall be provided with side and rear yards of not less than three (3) feet. Provided that, on corner lots, buildings of accessory use shall be provided with side yards of not less than twelve (12) feet in an A-1 residence district and seven (7) feet in an A-2 residence district.

(b)

Wherever a side or rear yard is provided but not required, such side or rear yard shall be not less than three (3) feet.
