A water distribution system, together with an adequate number of fire hydrants for
fire protection, shall be installed in the park to meet the minimum needs of all mobile
home spaces and accessory buildings. The water distribution system shall be installed
at no cost to the city and shall be installed in accordance with the city's minimum
requirements and in accordance with the specifications of the city's engineering and
fire departments. The water distribution system shall be tied into and shall obtain
water from the city's water system. Accessory buildings in the park used for bathing,
washing and cleaning facilities, if any, shall have an adequate supply of hot water
to meet the reasonable needs of the park.
