§ 21-299. Fire protection.

Every park shall be equipped at all times with fire extinguishing equipment in good working order, of such type, size and number and so located within the park as to satisfy applicable reasonable regulations of the city fire department. No open fires shall be permitted at any place which may endanger life or property. No fires shall be left unattended at any time. In every mobile home park suitable telephone facilities shall be installed and maintained in a convenient and readily accessible place predominantly marked and designated and kept available for use in giving fire alarms at any time.
