§ 2-66. Composition.

(a)

There is hereby created a board of appeals.

(b)

The board of appeals shall consist of seven (7) members, with one (1) member being chosen by each district councilmember and two (2) members being chosen by the mayor. The mayor can also appoint liaison members to the board, but these liaison members shall not have a vote. The board of appeals shall serve at the pleasure of the city council.
