§ 2-154. Terms.

(a)

The members of the planning and zoning commission shall be appointed for terms of nine (9) years from and after the expiration of the terms of their predecessors in office.

(b)

If a vacancy occurs other than by an expiration of the term, it shall be filled by appointment by the mayor for the unexpired term.
