§ 2-194. Penalties.

In addition to the civil penalties herein otherwise provided, any person who shall knowingly and intentionally violate any of the provisions of sections 2-326 and 2-327 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, be fined not more than the maximum allowable under law.
