§ 2-282. Duty to refrain from voting.

  • Any employee or elected or appointed official who shall have any personal or private pecuniary interest in any subject shall reveal such interest and shall refrain from voting on the same at any time, whether on final passage or otherwise, and shall not attempt in any way to influence votes on any such subject in which such employee or elected or appointed official has an interest.
