§ 3-27. Membership; appointment.

(a)

Members of the airport commission shall be appointed from a list containing at least four (4) more candidates than are to be appointed at any time.

(b)

The list of candidates shall be furnished by the CCBA in accordance with their rules and bylaws on file in the office of the mayor.

(c)

The list will be made available to the mayor at least forty-five (45) days before the expiration of the terms of the member or members to be appointed or replaced. Failure to supply such list by the CCBA will allow the mayor and city council to submit a list of candidates of their choosing.

(d)

In addition to the members appointed as provided for in subsection (c), the mayor and airport manager shall be ex officio members of the commission.
