§ 4-2. Minors—Employing.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person operating or engaged in the business of selling at wholesale or retail spirituous and intoxicating liquor, containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume for consumption on the premises or where such beverages are manufactured or bottled to employ at such place of business any minor child below the age of eighteen (18) years.
