§ 4-114. Signs required.

All establishments licensed for the sale of alcoholic beverages in the city shall display a sign no smaller than twelve (12) inches by twelve (12) inches which shall be placed in a prominent place at the point of sale stating that "It is unlawful for any person to possess in public any open container or other receptacle containing an alcoholic beverage, including the possession of same outside of this building or in any motor vehicle, as provided in Ordinance No. 1534 of the City of Bogalusa."
