§ 5-6. Fowl must be fenced.

  • Any person desiring to raise or possess chickens, ducks, geese, turkeys or other such fowl, shall arrange to keep them up and under fence, and if any of them be found on the property of anyone else they shall be liable to immediate slaughter. Pens shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
