§ 5-29. Soiling of sidewalks, squares, public buildings, and lawns by dogs.

The owner or keeper of a dog shall clean or repair any part of a public sidewalk, public square, public building or private lawn which has been soiled, contaminated or defecated upon by a dog, whether such nuisance shall take place in the presence of the owner or keeper of the dog, or not.
