§ 6-24. Fees deposited in general fund.

All fees derived from the issuance of the permits to contractors and subcontractors in accordance with the terms and provisions of section 6-23 and the building and/or repair permits issued under the provisions of and in accordance with section 6-23 shall be made a part of the general alimony of the city and deposited in the general fund of the treasury of the city.
