§ 6-161. Code adopted; incorporated by reference.

The provisions and regulations of the Standard Plumbing Code, 1988 Edition, 1989 Revision, as published by the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., and amendments thereto, are made a part of this article by reference. Three (3) certified copies shall be on file in the office of the city clerk. The code shall extend over and govern all plumbing installed, altered or repaired within or without the city, wherever water and/or sewage service originating from the city water and/or sewer system is furnished.
