§ 8-1. Statutory authorization.

The Legislature of the State of Louisiana has in statute R.S. 38:84 delegated the responsibility of local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to minimize flood losses. Therefore, the City Council of the City of Bogalusa, Louisiana, does ordain as follows.
