§ 11-5. Nudity prohibited.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person in any public place to be found in a state of nudity, or partial nudity, or in dress not becoming to his or her sex, or in any indecent exposure of his or her person or undergarments, or be guilty of any indecent or lewd behavior. This section shall not apply to any person upon their private property.

    Anyone found guilty of committing the crime of said lewd behavior shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisoned for not more than thirty (30) days, or both.
