§ 12-3. Obstruction of drainage.

No person shall impede or interrupt any flow of water in any gutter, canal, pipe, or other conduit used for drainage within the city. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be sentenced in accordance with section 1-13 of this Code.
