§ 12-4. Occupants to keep streets adjoining premises clean.

All occupants of premises within the city shall cause the streets and alleys adjoining their premises to be kept clean and in sanitary condition, and at no time permit the accumulation of trash, rubbish, garbage, refuse, ashes, papers, leaves and scrap building material upon the streets, alleys, or sidewalks adjoining their premises.
