§ 12-72. Growth prohibited.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for the owner, agent or occupant of any premises, lot or other area within the city to permit on such lot, place or area, or upon any sidewalk abutting the same, any weeds, grass, or deleterious, unhealthful growths, dead trees, or other noxious growths or matter.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any firm or corporation owning any premises, lot or other area within the city to permit on such lot, place, or area, or upon any sidewalk abutting the same, any weeds, grass or deleterious, unhealthful growths, dead trees, or other noxious matter.
