§ 12-73. Duty to cut, remove.

The owner, his agent or other person in control, of any vacant lot, vacant place or vacant area within the city or any other property whatsoever within this city, shall cut, destroy or remove weeds or grass with a height equal to or greater than twelve (12) inches or deleterious or unhealthful growths, dead trees or other obnoxious matter, growing, lying or located in or upon any such property or on any sidewalk abutting such property.
