§ 12-75. Notice by mail.

The mayor may in lieu of the advertisement required in section 12-74 give notice to the property owner by certified mail, addressed in accordance with the tax rolls of the city, in accordance with R.S. 33:5062. If the mayor elects to give notice by certified mail, one (1) such notice shall be sufficient, whether the certified mail is accepted by the addressee or not.
