§ 14-4. Placement of receptacles for collection.

The containers or receptacles shall be placed on or near the curb adjoining the premises, convenient for the collection by the garbage collectors. At no time will the receptacle or container be placed in the street, boulevard, avenue or public roadway or in any place interfering with motor or pedestrian traffic.
