§ 15-82. Cemetery regulations.

The following provisions are made applicable to the city-owned cemeteries:
(1)

The cemeteries shall be closed from dust to dawn in which regulatory signs of operation shall be posted.

(2)

No vehicle shall enter the cemetery properties after they have been closed or before they have been opened the following day unless specific permission has been received from the police department prior to entering the cemetery property.

(3)

The city council shall develop regulations concerning access to the cemeteries during the hours of closure. Any person who violates this section or posted regulation developed by the city council shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than fifteen (15) days or both.
