§ 19-159. Exemption.

Latest version.

(a)

In any household where the total annual income is six thousand dollars ($6,000.00) or less, such household shall be charged fifty (50) percent of the current monthly user fee for sewer, water and sanitation.

(b)

The exemption as provided in this section shall only apply to those households which provide documentation of qualifications annually therefor.
