§ 21-281. Boundaries abutting residential property; buildings in a mobile home park.

(a)

Where any boundary of a park directly abuts property which is improved or unimproved which may under existing laws and regulations be used for permanent residential construction, an ornamental fence, wall or hedge at least eight (8) feet high shall be provided along such boundary.

(b)

Buildings in a mobile home park shall be architecturally attractive and surrounded by landscaped yards.
