§ 21-282. Location generally.

Mobile home parks may be located in any zoning districts, except A-1 residential, that meet the approval of the planning and zoning commission, which are not subject to flooding, which are properly graded to insure proper drainage, and which will not be unduly detrimental to the neighborhood or adversely affect traffic conditions.
