§ 21-283. Design layout.

  • (a)

    Each park shall have clearly marked mobile home spaces having an area of not less than two thousand seven hundred (2,700) square feet, with a width of not less than thirty (30) feet and a depth of not less than ninety (90) feet.

    (b)

    Mobile homes shall be located on each space so that there shall be no less than fifteen (15) feet clearance between mobile homes. Mobile homes shall be located no closer than ten (10) feet from any accessory building in the park, no closer than ten (10) feet from any interior property line and no closer than twenty-five (25) feet from any public street or highway or major drainage canal.

    (c)

    All mobile home spaces shall abut upon a driveway of not less than twenty (20) feet in width, which driveway shall have unobstructed through access from one (1) public street, alley or highway to another or which shall have a turnaround on deadend driveways and which shall have proper drainage and an all-weather driving surface of gravel or better. Night lighting shall be provided along driveways equal to or more than one (1) one hundred-watt bulb per one hundred (100) feet of driveway.

    (d)

    Not less than one (1) two hundred-square foot off-street and off-driveway parking space per mobile home shall be provided in the mobile home park, which parking space shall be in addition to parking on the mobile home space which is also permitted.
