§ 2-92. Adoption.

The organization, general rules of operation, and implementation shall be in accordance with the capital region criminal justice council regional entitlement concept as adopted by the membership of the Capital District Law Enforcement Planning Council, Inc., at a public meeting held January 24, 1980, in Tangipahoa Parish, a copy of which is on file in the city clerk's office.
