§ 2-352. Mayor's authority to contract.

(a)

The mayor is authorized to enter into any contracts which he deems necessary and advisable and in the best interest of the city involving the local emergency task force plan.

(b)

All contracts will be entered into in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter and the state bid laws where applicable.
