§ 3-29. Vacancies.

Should a vacancy be created for any cause, the mayor shall appoint a new member from the last previous list of candidates supplied, or if no eligible person is on such list, the mayor shall request a new list from the CCBA. The new member appointed shall serve out the term of the member he replaced.
