§ 4-26. Permit to sell, etc., intoxicating liquors.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, or to have in possession for sale, any intoxicating, spirituous, vinous or malt liquors containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume as defined in R.S. 26:2 and 26:241 without first obtaining a permit to engage in such business from the city.
