§ 4-26. Permit to sell, etc., intoxicating liquors.

It shall be unlawful for any person to sell or offer for sale, or to have in possession for sale, any intoxicating, spirituous, vinous or malt liquors containing more than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume as defined in R.S. 26:2 and 26:241 without first obtaining a permit to engage in such business from the city.
